Heart of Worcestershire College
The IT Skills Centre at Heart of Worcestershire College offer recognised IT qualifications in nearly all Microsoft Office applications, along with internet and e-mail. They run courses from Entry Level 3 (Start IT) to an expert level (Level 3).

We provide British Computer Society  accredited ECDL courses level 1 and 2. Level one includes Word Processing, Spreadsheets and  Power Point.  Level 2 includes the same plus a section on Improving Productivity.
